The latest in our choices for house plans...
Here is the latest in house plans that we are considering. This one so far is our main choice. We would be putting it on a full basement so that mama can have her craft room plus an extra bedroom for friends and family to stay in when visiting. Along with the full basement we will be putting in a cellar for canned goods and extra vegetable/fruit storage. The garage will be extended too to use until we get the workshop built and going.

Here is house plan that we liked. It is again from houseplans.com and it's number is 120-162.
We both love the outdoor area again. The whole area for sitting and the BBQ porch are big winners. The actual layout though is quite simple, espcially for my husband who will be building this himself. Well with some help from friends, but not an actual contracted out company. I'm a sucker for mudrooms too and every house I see either has to have it or have the option to put it in.

House Plan 17-639
Here is one of the House Plans that we liked. It is from Houseplans.com, it's plan number is 17-639. We like it for the master bedroom on one side and then the rest of the bedrooms are on the other side. It has a little over 2,500 sq. ft. and that's a need with two growing kids. It also has an outside fireplace which we like for outdoor entertaining. Thinking of making it a fireplace/brick oven outside for pizzas. Mmmmm...
